Code of Conduct for The San Marzano
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct establishes the expected behavior for all members of The San Marzano to create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.
2. Respect and Inclusivity
- All members shall treat each other with respect, kindness, and courtesy.
- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, political affiliation, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.
- Members should strive to foster a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued and included.
3. Conduct and Behavior
- Members must act in a responsible and considerate manner during all club activities, both in-person and online.
- Any form of aggressive, violent, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Members should respect club property and the property of others.
- No outside beer, wine or other alcohol.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Members must respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal information without consent.
- Club discussions and activities should not be shared outside the group without approval when confidentiality is expected.
5. Conflict Resolution
- Disputes between members should be resolved in a respectful and constructive manner.
- If conflicts arise, members are encouraged to seek mediation through club leadership.
- Any serious grievances should be reported to the designated club officers or committee members for appropriate action.
6. Compliance and Enforcement
- All members are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct at all times.
